Hey there. I've been playin WoW for 3 months now and I've only met this 1 Pakistani guy who happened to be playing on a trial account from the UAE.

So I thought I should find some "homies" and maybe we'd enjoy Wow in desi style heh.

well its a difficult game to describe, the best way to understand is to play it. But here goes WOW is MMORPG set in the warcraft universe meaning the whole world is filled with millions of other players who are playing the game with you. You can join a group, guild, go on raids against your enemies, challenge other players to PvP, do weird stuff like attending in game funerals, dance parties etc and the trademark of the Blizzard games meaning an amazing story, the highest production values and addictive infact VERY ADDICTIVE gameplay.
On a sidenote you can try Warcraft 3 it should be easily available should cost Rs.35 and should run on a old PC and believe me it doesn't disappoint.

well you can even though PvP and raids would lag like hell but playing WOW isn't going to be easy you need to buy an original copy no ways around that and have to pay $15 per month to play aside from that.
As i said the best thing to do is try warcraft 3, its not online and pirated copies are available.

I kinda started playing and then i stopped. I registered for a trial and a week later i started playing and my first mission was to go kill some chickensit was soo boring and then i lost interest.

it was soo boring

that's because it is the first few levels are nothing but grinding "kill this number of this" " collect this number of this " the fun starts when you actually start getting the real quests.
