The game looks great in the latest trailer. Waiting for the game review from GameSpot. I will consider buying this game if it receives a score of 7+.
The reviewers at GameSpot are harsh, but I still believe they are the most objective critic of video games. The rest seem to be bribed by the devs praising even boring games with repetitive and mundane gameplay like Hogwarts.

Just found out after posting here that GameSpot has already reviewed this game, and gave it an 8/10.
This game is now in my To Buy list. You may disagree, but I believe Japanese devs are the best for developing clean, fun, and quality games, and much >>>> than the western devs that are now publishing mostly woke gay poor quality content.
PS5 version works flawlessly according to the review. PC version have frequent stuttering and slowdown.
I don't know why PC ""master race"" is so proud. I have both a gaming laptop with 8 GB video card and a PS5, and gaming on Sony's console is much more fun without any technical issues that plague PC counterparts.
I am sick of constant technical glitches with PC games. Uncharted 4 was a pain in the "bones" due to so many crashes that I bought a PS5 remaster version and loved the flawless experience. There are many other games with poor performance issues on PC. The issues with consoles are not that significant.
As per a gamer critic,
"Every game that comes out for PlayStation or Xbox has to pass a compliance test at Sony or Microsoft before you're allowed to sell it on their platform, so if it's a buggy mess you're simply not allowed to sell it. (It was the reason Sony removed CD Project Red soon after launch.)
As for PC games, it doesn't have to pass any test from Steam or GoG so there is less pressure to make it perfect. "

I now believe Gaming PC is a big waste of money and nothing else. The GameSpot review of the Wu Long PC game is the last draw.
I paid more for a high spec PC but got a poor quality gaming experience as compared to the less costly PS5. I will never again buy a gaming PC. It sucks!!!

Pretty much all Japanese developers being inept at game development is their problem, and they're hardly known for optimization on consoles either (looking at you Borespoken and lulzonetta 3 ). I mean, most Japanese devs are still locking cut scenes to 30fps. whatyearisit.gif

Console certifications mean nothing now when there are day 1 patches and still every game gets multiple patches in weeks after release. It's a meaningless technicality now which only delays the time the console gets updates. PC immediately got a Hotfix after the latest update, meanwhile consoles are still waiting. Wo Long has issues on consoles too as Digital Foundry will uncover. Increasing your tolerance and paying them for console versions isn't gonna fix the situation. Luckily for Xbox and PC owners, there is no additional money needed to play the game, thanks to Game Pass 🫡

My frustration with PC games and the claim that console games are more stable is only for console to PC ports. Wo Long: Final Dynasty and the Uncharted 4 mentioned in the above post are ports.
Wo Long: Final Dynasty is also a port.
PC Games are indeed enjoyable. But the ports are horrendous. Consoles don't suffer from such problems, as all games I have played are free of issues.
Regarding Japanese vs Gay western devs. I found no problem in playing games by Square Enix, FromSoftware Inc., Nintendo, Sega, Konami, and many others.
But games of many MAJOR western pervert developers in the past few years like Ubisoft, EA, CD Project Red, Blizzard and others were half-baked upon launch - Cyberpunk, and games released last year including Call of Duty®: Warzone™ 2.0, Overwatch 2, Madden 23, Gotham Knights, Saint Row, and even FIFA 23 were full of bugs.
Only a handful of games by Jap developers were buggy.

Played through the first section of this game and encountered the first boss. I was able to kill the first stage of the boss pretty easily but the second stage is a Abuses will lead to ban as of now. Havent really fiddled around much with the character progression system atm, I think I am just at level 3 so i guess that is why I'm getting my ass handed over by the first boss as of now.
I wasnt really looking forward to this game but I must say that my initial impressions of the game are really really good. The sekiro-esque parry / spirit mechanism has me hooked big time and I really really enjoyed the hour or so I played yesterday. Looking forward to play this alot more over the weekend.

Much like Sekiro, if you have the parry timing down, your level won't matter all that much.
And make sure to use triangle+circle power when its prompted, that will end the fight immediately.
Apparently the Steam demo (and full version?) is capped at 60fps but Game Pass version for me goes upto 120fps. Usually its the other way around.
Pretty poor QA/delivery from Tecmo can't even push out the same builds.
