Ocing to the prestige levels, is no more problem in nvidia, Maxwell, with efficient cooling and lowest power consumption you can achieve most of the higher overclocks ever. i don't know how much gigabyte card have Ocing potential. but it will be good end. its already 1300+ boost at base clock. so 1450 will be no hassle. i expect 1500mhz minimum.

I just bumped the gpu core clock 147 MHz without increasing any voltage/power and I was stable in Firestrike test.
GPU Clock: 1261 MHz
Boost Clock: 1400 MHz
And I got decent score with single GTX 970, 20k is easily within reach with SLI
