Weird Problem with PC!! Plz Help

So 2 days back I was using my pc normally, going through drives and suddenly my pc went off. Firstly I pressed the Power button but nothing happened not even the power light turned on, then I removed the AC plug and plugged it again and then powered it on, It turned on all the fans were working but then it won't start NO DISPLAY NO BEEPS and then fans will continue spinning foreverrrr.

My first guess was that my PSU is having some problems but today I went to a friend checked my PSU, GPU, Rams, HD all of these things are working fine.
What is it then ? :/ my Mobo or Processor? I am really confused !

Bro the same thing is happening to my PC too!But it works when i plug off for while and then turn it on.Can u tell whether fans spin louder than in usual? Did u check ur friends PSU on ur PC?

Well anyways.. it once happened to me... the cause maybe BURNT RAM SLOTS i.e a mobo issue
Take your mobo to a shop if you cant check it yourself... i took it to gulshan next to czone...

If i remember correctly he took 100-200 PKR and just told me that this is a mobo issue... so

Well I had my pc checked from a shop and found out it was the mobo causing issues. Have claimed its warranty
