Not good for you if you are gonna do torrenting 
Because the speeds are capped on torrents during a specific time period.
But if you are going to use it for browsing or chatting or just normal downloading then its good. Just remember to check the signals in your area. The signals should be stable and a minimum of 3 to work properly....

Here are the timings of WATEEN when there is no Capping:
1am to 7pm.
Ive used wateen for almost 2years and to be very honest it was the worst Broadband ive ever used, i got high pings, lots of disconnection even with full signals. So as for now im using wi-tribe which is thousands times better then wateen.

Wateen is shit, dont even think about it, its HORRIBLE!! Get PTCL instead and place a wireless router in ur house, WIN WIN SITUATION.
Well, iam using Wateen 1Mbps unlimited, and i get perfect torrent speed 24/7! The only thing is that its overprices and the streaming is pretty slow! The only reason iam on it, is because the lines in my area are too old to handle DSL! But ive been using wateen for over 2 years, had the torrent throttling problem in the beginning, but right now everything is perfect!
