...Phase one
1.Copy All any Dx11 .Cab File And Paste Into NewFolder. and Extract.
2. Copy All Extracted Dx11 File And Past Into Following Location 1>c:/windows/system32 and 2>c:/windows/sysWOW64
Phase one Done...


...Now Phase 2

The archived contains 5 files:


mfc100.dll, mfc100u.dll, msvcr100.dll, msvcp100.dll and msvcr100_clr0400.dll


Please save these files to any location on your PC;


2. Please reboot your computer in Safe Mode


[How to restart in SAFE MODE]


- Restart the computer;


- Press the "F8" key (several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load; you need to press "F8" until you will be displayed a text menu;


- Select "SAFE MODE";


3. Access C:\Windows\System32;


4. Locate the 5 files you have downloaded and extracted;


5. Next, copy all those files to C:\Windows\System32 replacing the current ones;


6. Reboot in normal mode;

A little bit of information; Errors like 0x0000007b are related to .NET framework or Visual C++ Redistributable. You should never download separate .DLLs for this kind of stuff. It's always recommended to download the full .NET or VC++ package because that DLL might not be the only thing the error needs, but just a starting point.

For other people, do not follow that method, it's not recommended. Heck, you don't even need to mess with Safe Mode. I'll clarify this even more. Even the .DLL files you mentioned; msvcp stands for "Microsoft Visual C PlusPlus". msvcp100 stands for Visual C++ 2010 toolset (It's written Toolset 10.0). MFC is the Microsoft Foundation Classes.

Again, download it the clean, official, regular, stable way from Microsoft directly. Hope this was helpful
