they called me back. I told them clearly that you are throttling it and I have ways to bypass it. They just gave a generic answer that depends on your connection to particular servers etc etc. So yea they wont admit.

unfortunately for me I have no other option than zong, warid has slowed down too much for me. VPNs are working so will stick to that.

couple of days ago a feedback call came regarding zong 4g device i complained about torrent throttling ,
they asked me to register a complaint .
so today registered a complaint and see what happens .

i am still facing throttling issue .

That's sad to hear.. maybe they are having internet issues? I'm getting full torrent bandwidth across the board with zero issues :dance:

after the throttling stopped for me I have even higher speeds. Topped out at 2.97MB/s download, before would be around 1.5-1.8 max. Im not complaining anymore . But hope it resolved for you and remains resolved for all.

I may not have used correct unit here what i mean was 1.8 to 2 mbps over 3g

Its a shared 3g connection like ptcl evo
Upto 2mbps at peak time is a fair deal .

Again Torrent is not working its giving 100kb while from IDM it give 1 MB speed, what is the solution for torrent. Can anyone help please?

I called the service center

He says as far as he was informed , the Corporate customers with post paid accounts have torrents throttled

ill check and update , just got the device so far the peak iv gotten is 850kb/s on normal downloads

UPDATE : i am getting a steady 630-750kb/s On 3g mode full signals for Torrents , 4g isnt on due to location of the device

GOD DAM , 50gb isnt nearly enough for me : P 100gb might be bearable

I can now confirm after days of testing that at its best the Zong 4g mmb device has given me a max of 2.3mb/s torrents , No throttling what so ever

I am quite happy with the device except in 4 days iv used up 20% of my 50gb plan , 100gb is a bare minimum lmfao but too expensive
