salam guys....i want to buy iphone 4g from abroad as my phuppo is coming from there...thing is she is coming from usa....i want to buy iphone 4g from there....but when i went to sadddar last night the shop keepers told me there r two types of 4 g available....one is factory unlocked which if u update it it will not become bricked n stuff....n there is the other one which if you update it willl get bricked....so as this is the first time i am buying something from abroad and please also tell me that how much will it cost me in pakistani rupees if i buy from usa... please guide me as if u were talkin with a dummy...any new information will also help.respect n love for all....

bro factory unlocked mean u can use it in any country with any sim they r completely unlocked
softwear locked mean they r with AT&T contract ....... u can jailbreak ( hack ) it here n then u can use any sim in it

its not that hard to jailbreak an iphone ..... just couple of easy steps take 2 mins ....... many ppl using softwear unlocked here cuz they r cheaper then factory unlocked

hey how are u gonna use it...it only support microsim yar...and yeah n900 is a really good one and the meego is coming too so u can use dualbooting 1st time on cell phone...isnt that amazing..go for it

converting a normal sim into micro sim is not a big deal... i also cut my sim by myself . according to its size. its easy.. not sure about the usa price but u can get the factory unlocked in pk for rs 90k.. and it is worthbuying . coz u can keep it up to date and if u dont like to update and not a fan of getting legit material.. then it is worthless for u.

And not all locked iphone 4s are unlockable as of this moment. You should consider that too if you plan on getting an at&t one from the US. Sure they may get unlocked over time but you may have to wait...

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care
