the best mid-level brand in all of them is LG .... LG by far has really impressed me over the years, with their software, designs and costs.. i hate samsung, the only reason people go for samsung is typical market share and hype... sony is underestimated, but has never impressed me, regarding tvs i.e

TCL my friend is using, its a normal led, not even fullHD. but it looks ok. changhong isnt that good, software is mediocre and slow mostly. ecostar is a little better then haier/orient etc, but not very.

at the end of the day, you need to see what suits you, in what price etc. LG 4k quality is top notch..

just a food for thought, there are not many 4k contents for you to stream properly. online content is limited, movies as well.. there are only mostly demos and trailers going on about. full 4k content isnt yet available anywhere here in pak.

Opt for a known brand, Sony / LG / Samsung. A friend spent a good time evaluating the 4k TCL's and a couple of others, none impressed. TCL sells their lower-middle tier stuff here and doesn't compare well to the known brands

Compared both, 55" c2 and 43" mu7000.
Hdr is better in Tcl, sound is better too due to sound bar, overal tcl was good, it is full android (takes a full 1 mint to load), just wanted to compare, but samsung mu7000 was cheaper without warnty, so bought it. C2 minimum is 49" and costs around 84k, though with 2yrs brand warrnty.

Gaming + Entertainment + HDR + IPS for using as monitor + Low Response time for shadow free gaming

Mid Range go for

Sony 49" 49x8000E 2017 model

there is no better choice at that price range.

Hey bro,

Our advise is on one side but it is better to do your own research on following points

1. Brand is very important so carefully choose your brand recently two famous brands are in Market which are Sony and Samsung and believe me or not but Sony is top of the line.

2. Your 4k LED must be HDCP 2.2 enabled in order to pass 4K HDR signals.

3. Your LED must having HDR (High Dynamic Range) 10 or 10+ and if it is also having dolby vision then it would be very great otherwise HDR is ok as LED having dolby vision are way more expensive than HDR.

Recommended
SONY X85E or X90E
Samsung 8000 Series

Always do research before buying anything.

if ur using it as a monitor it is a great choice. even for gaming its great.

but if u want for movies seasons and those thing than it is a very bad choice for that in same budge u need to get VA panel or MVA

and if u want high end then nothing beats OLED.

if u want the same specs and deeper blacks u should get x8000D model D model had VA panel with superb Blacks

How do u know which model have VA panel...?
Nobody at store tells u about panel or contrast..
Any suggestion where and what to buy one from lahore..
I don't do gaming much...
I need only for movies especially horror movies..and sports..don't have bugdet either for oled unless it is surround 2000 dollars
..q7f and x90f have blooming issue arround bright objects ..I thing otherwise they are good choice

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
