There are a lot of tools available out there, i myself edited my gta vice city a lot, long time ago... but after editing it was fun for a while but then it got boring... dont remember now but i think either was the guy or the car which you could apply nitrous on and it would even fly if you applied the nitrous on a ramp and kept using nitrous

i even added a new city map to vice city and added a fun park at the beach.

ANd some of the enhancements
1) A Car Spawner ,Spawn any car ,any where ,any time
2) Drift effects
3) HQLM (high quality lights mod)(includes HID LIGHTs and some other types of lights for cars)
4) Speedometer(analogue upto 360km/hr and digital upto 999km/hr)

The fastest i've been able to go is 480km/hr on an aston martin db9(i've replaced the Uranus)

1) Go to your San andreas directory
2) Go to the "DATA" folder
3) Open the "Handling" file in/with notepad
4) search for "URANUS" and replace the whole line with the code given above
5) Go to the wang's cars showroom in San Fierro and test drive your Uranus and check out the speed

You can replace most other cars but I recommend to mod this car because i've tested this car with this code ,i've also modded most of my other cars but i donot want to go at 480 with terrible handling ,so just mod "Uranus" .


Speaking of Uranus ,Your Anus's(Uranus's) diameter is about 25,559 ± 4 km long .just kiddin ,you can fool someone (the person you don't like and swear at him/her all the time .

Modifying the cars one by one will be harder, because you need to edit registries of GTA: San Andreas, I'd rather using full game mods, fast installation, clear, easy, play.

You just need a IMGtool software that can opens any GTA game's gta3.img file... 2nd: U have to download the mod files from different Websites.... I just made GTA san andreas charactr from black to white wid blue eyes: U just have to backup ur original gta3.img file before modding and then just use IMGtool to open gta3.img file..... Then replace the original fle like afroo hair with long straight hair that u downloaded...
