how to use multiple ips on one (wifi) adapter at same time and surf internet with the collective speed (speed combined from all ips)?
context:in my university there is 30KB/sec limit for each network user (30KB/sec per ip) but i have read it on internet that if i can use multiple ips (lets say 10) at same time then i can get large speed (10 x 30=300KB/sec) on same wifi adapter.
it will be very helpful if somebody can guide me on that.thanks
