Unboxing Xbox 360 4GB

Hi, guys. Got this Xbox 360 4GB in a good deal. I don't know much about Xbox, so got few questions.
Can i play games if install on external HDD?
I've got WD MyBook (not sure if correct name) 1 TB (fat one), can i use it as external drive?
If anything else pops in ma mind will ask, hope pro's will ans. And yes one more thing
How to know its LT OR the other model? Or any pros or cons?

How did you connect your Xbox 360 into your Alienware's screen? Does your Alienware have a HDMI-In port OR r u using a software?
Since when did laptops came with an embedded HDMI-In port...

Yes, u can play games via external Hdd but the game disc has to be inside the 360 unless u JTAG ur 360. Also for non-Jtag gaming ur 360 will only detect a very small part of ur 1TB My Book's memory...

Ur 1TB Wd External My Book can be used for Mp3s & Videos and must in Fat32 format so it can be detected by ur 360.

Did u mod ur 360 before or after buying it. Modding is process by which u can play Pakistan's locally (Pirated) available games in ur 360. If u just bought recently from Pk then it's gotta be LT 3.0.

Thanks for quick reply PakGamers12345. Yes laptop got HDMI In port. Thanks for the info regarding HDD and how to run game. Its not modded yet. Neither i know any guy here who does that as its in England. Just to confirm, as u said means i cant buy game on xbox market and download it directly into Xbox? Like in PC via steam or Origin.

Y did u buy a 360 if u already had da Alienware 14x? Just asking... If ur Alienware's a 14x 2012 3rd Gen model then it has a Nvidia GT 650M GPU which is good enough...

Congrats, man I just dont like Xbox because of RROD and online gaming costs money, otherwise I would've gotten that instead of PS3, that thing is so shiny and awesome looking.

Congratulations! Don't bother getting the Kienct if you're into hard core gaming. But if you want to enjoy jumping here and there with family and friends, then go for it.
