Unboxing: Palit GTX260 Sonic 216SP 55nm

Finally got my hands on a card which I was looking for for the past 2 - 3 weeks. Got
this from AGN Computers Rwp. It has custom board design, custom cooler with heat
pipes, newer chip (55nm) as opposed to EVGA or XFX's 65nm and factory overclocked.

Thats a nice score dude...... i think its for 19k..... dude but i read some reviews and compared gtx260 black edition and this palit one...... and uptil now gtx260 black edition is the best factory overclocked card available..... however this card is very good at overclocking but still i wod recommend gtx 260 black edition it cost 1k more but its better than this palit one..... Sorry for off topic but this card is still awesome and i was also thinking of buying it..... congrats dude...... plz post some benchies of crysis and far cry 2 i want to see how it performs in these two games and GTA 4 as well

Bought it from AGN Rwp and Voodoo knows better than me abt that shop Actually he was the one who told me abt this card but unfortunately this was the last card they had. And yah this card is one of the best card of all the GTX260's. Check out Guru3D's review of this card :

EVGA GTX 260 Core 216 FTW Edition is also on par with XFX GTX 260 Core 216 Black Edition but both these cards are expensive.

This Palit card is actually the best choice if you consider its excellent price (18.5k) alongwith its performance as it has 216 cores. It is better choice than Inno3d GTX 260 I-Chill which has 192 Cores at similar price point.

However if one is to talk about brand quality, than BFG, MSI, XFX and EVGA are among the top ones.

i have searched a lot, and finally reached that with my corei7 920, 4870 is better than gtx260 216 sp, see the below review in which 920 @ 4 ghz is used, in 95% benches 4870 (default clock) is better than gtx 260 216 sp
