Deminion played a pretty lame joe with his morigon as i recall. Was referring to the joe raccon setups .

Kusoru's Joe did regular Joe BnBs. His real strength was the Log trap assist. He didn't have setups as such. His single strategy was triple jump + call assist + Red Hot kick.
I don't think people will do it because America loves dickriding Spencer/Doom/Wesker/Zero. Joe is pretty low tier and RR even more so.
I'd love to see the pros get bodied by another setup they haven't seen before.

So NCRX was a bit of a disappointment after Final Round. People were dropping combos left and right. HOWEVER, some of the players i'm less familiar with like DJ Houshen, I M Naasty and 86 Knived still made it a ton of fun to watch. Even though I like watching Chris G play, was equally fun to see him get blown up!

I've linked what I thought was the most talked about match! That ending was a nail-biter!

NCR SC V, KOF XIII and VF5 were super hype. UMvC3 was too, but not as much because of what you said. I didn't watch AE. Biggest bummer of the night was that SFxT was the main event, so a lot of people just slept off. UMvC3 and AE should have been bumped over SFxT

Knives is one of the Spencer players who's beat Combofiend on multiple occasions. IIRC he perfected him the first time they fought on stream but don't quote me on that.

Justin got blown up by a runaway Magneto in pools.

Frieda the Japanese player was saying on his stream that a few days ago UMvC3 was $25 on the japanese Amazon site and got sold out. Then they announced its going to be in SBO so when Amazon restocked it the price went back to $40. I hope SBO is streamed I'll love to watch Marvel matches.

Haha, Amir age kay saath memory weak ho rahi hai. You won our set, 3-2 and Waleed beat you 3-2. I don't know how that is getting your "ass handed to you". Seriously, you are pretty good at the game so I doubt you'd ever get beat that bad.

The SBO thing is pretty great, it's gotten some people into the game. I've found two new really good players btw. And I mean good, they are coming over Sunday to demonstrate their skills. I think one of them *might* be as good as Mr. Rapist.

How did the umvc session go with the new guys, i would have loved to stick around but had to leave for the same reason i always leave early. I actually met them when i was on my way back i think i have seen one of em take part in that ssf4 tourney at EV. So how did it go , The stats?

Clearly you guys had fun. Well its good for the umvc community bro, more players coming in and taking this game seriously cos sometimes i feel this game does not get the respect which is truly deserves. I have not played marvel in a while just at that meetup we had at your place last week. Thinking of getting back in shape along with sfxt ofcourse

Man had fun playing umvc last night at EV DU. I was almost out of the scene but the 11th hour meet last night really sparked in the motivation to start the game again . I was happy mofo could make it too later and kick my ass with his hulk in the last game The two new finds by DU are pretty good execution wise just need to polish some setups and long extended combos .

It was great to meet you all last night and try out me Qanba on umvc which worked like a charm. we should do this on regular weekly basis now btw, saturday seems like a perfect day for sure.

The team format was really enjoyable for me, after you left we made Asad into THE BOSS so whichever team won would get a chance to face the boss It was quite hilarious!

Glad to see you getting back in the game, unlike your Spencer team...I don't think I've seen any pro play your Cap team, it's quite original and packs a mean DHC punch. Also, I think the cafe experience was somewhat better than home, without certain 3 foot tall "distractions" for sure!

@Badmofo: Definitely the surprise of the evening, glad you showed up, it was amusing to see the lethality of Hulk Smash from the receiving end perspective!

@Saturday Meetups

Very convinient and eaiser to manage at a cafe then home As for the spencer team well i have not played with spencer in ages and since Asad is the new spencer prodigy i will leave the spency cup. Actually my team all evolves around Capy then as you noticed Tasky and Level 3 Nova can bring me back the game even if Cappy dies. I wont be playing spencer that much anymore and will be trying new characters. New Teams, New Setups ,New ways to KILL!!!!!

I'm actually glad I came. I learnt Hulk's OTG while watching you. So I picked Chun Li and get legs as an assist a d even did a while combo in practice mode!

Still need a team though. Can't play for shit with Chun at the moment.

Yea we sort of decided to pick up new teams and try our luck with em. Saw this video last night , Japanese players taking unconventional teams and proving that they can do wonders if in the right hands. The lag was better then before but the Delay was till there and ruined the fun , or maybe i am not used to play this game online anymore.

Dude your hulk is pretty awesome , just need to learn some combo extenders by using the right assists and it was amazing how u picked up Hulks OTG while watching Du do that. The force is still strong with you old one
