yeah was thinking the same. We Yet don't Have Full stock Rom with Kernel etc. and Bootloader Is Also Locked i think.

1st Step Should Be unlocking it's carrier lock. 2nd Unlocking bootloader if locked. 3rd Porting CWM so we Can Backup our rom. 4th Developing or Porting a Rom which is the most difficult part .
