Trip to Skardu ( Ramzan main ) need advice

Hi, myself and a couple of friends were planning on going to Skardu in June, first time going there. And I need some advice on which transport should we go by, from Islamabad to skardu should we go by public transport. And since it will be ramzan, any cool stops on the way to enjoy and have sehri/aftari. Suggestions plss and thankz.

I will pass u a number of guide if you need or you can take natco bus service. Extremely reliable. You will not find any hurdles towards skardu.
