Transferring PC from Khi to Isb

salam. i have a small issue. i want to move my PC from Karachi to Islamabad. the issue is i want to move everything, that includes my system, monitors 3 of them, keyboards, mice and other stuff.

now i dont want to TCS these things as they would cost a lot. i can move them via train, as i am going via train, but is that safe? i mean i have never done this before. also there is an option of cargo service via bus, faisal movers, daewoo but again im not sure about them either. all the stuff weigh a lot, i have 2x sli machine with cooler master case and water cooled cpu. this whole would weigh quite a lot to ship via tcs.


how to do this? should i like disassemble all the stuff and move them like part by part, or how? any positive advice will be appreciated.

take it with you in the train. by it i mean the tower. the monitors and peripherals should be fine in the cargo. yeah i admit it will not be comfortable hauling it around but the safest bet imo

Just take it with you on train, no harm in that really.
Box up the monitors and peripherals.
Take the chassis with you on the train.
OH and make sure to take out the GPU and HDD and put them safely somewhere else.

Use carton box to pack items (use newspapers, clothes to cover inside of the boxes containing delicate items). Just make sure you will be comfortable handling/moving around number of items. Otherwise send them though daewoo after packing.

Take out GPU and HDD and RAMs. Put them separately inside their box (if available) while shove the rest of the pc with you.

Be careful with your liquid cooling system while transferring. Like most of member said, take out HD and GPU, secure it and take the tower along with you in train.Try to find bubble wrap if you can. Cables / peripherals won't bother you in luggage. Remove the base from display and through them in your luggage too, it will reduce the shipping charges. The safest way possible in your scenario.
