tplink router 3420 3g router and ptcl evdo problem

guys i have an year old mr3420 router that worked fine with my ptcl evdo 3d usb without any issues at all
but now when i connect the usb to the router within the given usb slot it keeps on identifying it and after 10 to 20 minutes it says its connected and identified but then in second it gets unplugged then the whole process repeats
all the lights power system and wan plus 3g are on the router doesnt show any abnormal behaviour either
it is being connected to my laptop over wifi fine too


m usb is working fine i am posting this message by the very same usb connected to my laptop

solutions i have tried
1.upgraded firware to latest dec 2012
2.hard and soft reset of the router
3.manual value putting in 3g settings menu of the tplink router interface via firefox browser

can you guys please help me out what is wrong with the setup it was working absolutely fine
in the area where i live there is only ptcl evdo annd no line internet so its of utmost importance for me


any help is much appreciated

Try a friend's evo USB stick. If it works then your USB stick is faulty.

If it doesn't work then your router is faulty. If that is the case throw the router away and buy a new one.

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
