I've seen this thread SO many times on almost every board out there, but never on PG. I wonder why, though? Anyway, if you're not introduced with this game, here's a quick description; you make short skits of videogame characters that they would never do! Like:

Cloud: Tifa...I need to tell you something...

Tifa: What is it?

Cloud: I'm pregnant.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
