Info: Invitations are off for now from the servers,
those who got it till yesterday, can make calls but can not activate it for others.

i know its off what i was asking but how do you get to know when invite system is on i am sure you don't call every hour to check if invite system is on/off is there any source ?

To get calling feature. Update your whatsapp from www.whatsapp.com/android and pm me ill send you an invite call. In order to get the feature you need to receive my call.
Note: make sure you update to latest version from the link above before getting my call.

I have joined WhatsApp Calls Group on WA, there are lots of people there who keep on checking stuff, and inform everyone when its on.
i got mine activated throug a friend, now suppose if i format my s5 to install a new firmware, will my calling option be deleted after i install whatsapp?
No.
I reset my phone and the feature was still there.
Feature stays as long as your number is the same.
