everytime a series of a movie or a movie of a series is made, there are very mixed opinions come from people... usually because of comparison of two

Exactly, it's because of the comparison people are giving this show a hard time. Of course the movies are superior, but if you look at it is as individually, without comparison, this show is pretty good

i was thinking to start new tv series, cant decide between Family Guy or South Park =/
recently watching Stranger Things & Tokyo Ghoul

According to what i have seen on internet, there's mix opinions, some love it and some hate it. You'll never know until you try. Personally i loved it. I found the chemistry weird in the beginning, but it improved, and i started loving chemistry Jon Foo(Lee) and Justin Hires(Carter) by the end of the season. It's only 13 eps, with proper closure, so i do recommend to check it out for the rush hour fans.

Thanks for your input. I'll definitely check it out. Putting it on my list. It is only 13 episodes long after all.

What a beautiful series. Ended today. Tremendous performances, great story, great characters, great attention to detail. Loved it. Must see.

HBO needed something like this. They can't survive on Game of Thrones and Veep ​alone, although this is slated to be a miniseries, one and done.

Family guy feels like Seth Macfarlane's Simpsons. I haven't seen that many episodes of it, so can't really give a proper opinion.

As for South Park, I FRIGGIN LOVE IT!! When they hit it with their satire, nothing can come close to it. It's just pure WIN!! Great stuff.

But it is easily the most offensive thing I have ever seen. So if you are easily offended, don't watch it. No one is spared, no group is left alone. They satire everything you can think of. And they use the Adult Cartoon License to the max.

Stranger Things

What a show , the shows set in 80's ,70's or old era always look good . This series had a taste of lot of Stephen king type stuff which made it cool
Cant wait for season 2

"The Night of" is seriously amazing. Some people complain about it being slow mid season but its terrific. Jon turturro and Riz Ahmed are splendid in this series.

Yeah they should have ended it with Pablo's death, well will watch season 3 though.
