Will this guy be able to resolve the issue of connectivity (and high pings) in most of the BF servers mainly the German ones? First of all, will he even be able to understand what I am talking about unlike the Chat Agent noobs?

waisay bhi they r not issuing new numbers they will transfer ur old number to GPON but they will assign u a new GPON number but it will be a virtual number ur real number will be ur old number.

BTW i am fully satisfied with the GPON no disconnection whatsoever downloaded almost 600gb of data and no throttle of any kind plus got a free smart tv STB on promo and it is also running smoothly.

Elitus did they came to your area?

BTW, do you have any idea that if I convert my existing landline number to GPON, will it take more time to get active and running rather than getting a new number?

mine too smooth with not even a single disconnection connection was active on 16th july till now i have download 600gb and no throttle by PTCL

today they have done some sort of maintenance and both landline and internet was off for 6 hours then came back on 3:30.

Internet has been working flawlessly for me. Really happy with it.

Phone line however.. nuts. Hardly get any incoming calls. Most of the times people get the 'number is not responding'.

Thanks. I have emailed him explaining him the issue as clearly as I could. I highly doubt he will be able to resolve it as it seems to be a nationwide issue.

I've been using 50mb VDSL in G-13 Islamabad for the past year but only get 30mb speeds.

The issue is that I need at least 30mbps for work reasons, so I can't opt for the 20mb package.

I've complained about it several times but the exchange for my region, F-11, tells me it's because the "mini-exchange" is too far from my house, which is not true. It's less than a kilometer away.

How do I get them to fix it so I can get the speed for which I'm paying?

GPON is still not available in my area.

What are my options here?

He is using Imgur direct links which sometimes give error 403, so they don't show up in posts.

The issue persists and no one seems to have any answer for it as of now. High pings seems to be understandable due to bad routing but no connectivity at all is beyond me. The packets get dead after the 13th hop. Weird AF.
