Hey thanks for that. Which IP pool are you on? I've noticed a decrease in Singapore/Hong Kong servers and they are similar to what you're getting but my pings towards Europe are really messed up (300-400 ms). I'm on 39.35.xxx.xx btw.

PTCL is the most pathetic internet provider in Pakistan. Their routings are all literally fucked and there is no person who knows the definition of "routing" in PTCL. I have been trying to get this shit fixed since 2016 and none is educated enough to understand what ping or routing is. That is just sad.
Just called 1218 and told them about singapore servers routing issue, they forewarded it, the guy seemed to know about game servers. I hope they fix it because their routing atleast for me breaks itself and fixes itself from time to time. and also asked him to turn off interleaving, lets see what they do.
Most of them do this, they trick you and sound so sure about ping. Then they ask you for your phone number and be like "I'm complaining on your number, it will be solved within 48 hours." Stop wasting your time with them and hope they get their shit together sometime in the future.
So seems like they changed something and my ping to one 2 europe regions went to shit too lol. Have a look here:

You can't choose, it's assigned randomly.
Not sure if you can request to change it.
