So I complained to PTCL about the congested exchange issue and these idiots end up registering a complaint and refreshed my port today which had literally no impact on the connection as the issue is on their end. Now I am getting these stupid automated calls asking me if the issue has been fixed. Someone please tell me what is the best way to complain because these fools will keep on refreshing my port like that will solve everything.

The guys digging the holes for the fiber deployment accidentally cut the wire going to my DP box day before yesterday. Called my lineman who said it was fixed. Told him it's not working. He came and told me he'll send someone right over.

This was day before yesterday. He didn't pick up any of my calls so I went to the PTCL office today and complained there. The guy called someone and assured me the issue will be resolved today. Around 430pm, I went to his office again.. Same assurances after a call - they're right there in the area. Don't worry.

My phone is still dead along with DSL. How do I register an official complaint against this office and their incompetent staff? I've already emailed them (care@ptcl).

Inbox me the email. I went to the exchange again and they said they're unable to locate the fault. Apparently the line was cut in multiple places. Lineman bhi ro raha tha k sir main kya karoon.

My phone is still dead. And 4G reception sucks here (another weird problem specific to my street).

So, I forgot to mention before. They installed two new cabinets in the colony. One at the very end of phase 3 (start of phase 4) and one in Phase 1 or 2 (somewhere there).
It looks something like this

It got installed on like the 5th. Since then they've closed up some of the holes they dug up and opened some new ones.
I'm getting restless @_@ It's been a whole month since they've started and all these holes they've dug up have dirt that gets on my shoes.
My room is a mess with all the dirt I track in. Even in other places I've seen dirty footprints of mud on the floor. They should've taken a week tops to quickly dug up and finish the installation process.
Should've focused on one area and dealt with that quickly before moving on to the next. They're trying to do multiple places at once.
