Dunno about Asian, but I just played Fortnite yesterday after 2 weeks, and my EU ping went down from 260 to 140, so I'm quite happy with that.

my exchange people said to me your frequent disconnect issue will be solved once they upgrade to msag in my area but they are not giving me date for this upgrade i am waiting

Looks like PTCL is fucking around with us, my ping on EU servers went from 150-240+, guess they gave my routing to you

PTCLCares doesn't know about routing. If you complain to them, they will submit the complaint and you'll get a call asking if your internet works fine. That's all.
Calling 1218 doesn't help us well, they have no idea what routing/ping is to be honest. I tried the same thing and gave up after 4 weeks of trying.

your line stats are perfect. You got new msag in your area? and how far it is from your home. You can also increase your upload speed just call 1218 and ask them to upgrade your line to annex m for 2mb upload speed. And don't forget to check annex m in modem settings.same issue here sometimes my ping to USA servers is 270 300ms and sometimes it is 330 350ms

Right now my ping is 260 280ms to US and tracert shows my route from Islamabad to direct France nothing from Karachi. I will check again when my ping is 330 350ms and my ping to France is 150ms
