guys i am using gpon i am getting better ping compared to adsl/vdsl but is their any way to get even more lower ping like in copper fast/interleave path etc

Does it get better if you put the phone to hold (put the cradle aside) orr if you just disconnect the phone altogether? My internet does get better if I put the phone to hold and SNR gets increased to 19 db if I disconnect the phone completely. I have a 4mb profile but I can sync around 10 mbps to 13 mbps.

People having high pings: you can also try Outfox, it's amazing software just like WTFast/Kill-ping. Lowers my ping from 260 to 160 on Fortnite.

go meet with your exchange manager give him speed test results printed and frequent disconnect logs using pingplotter or anyother software. Go to exchange and ask at counter i want to meet with branch manager or give me his office number

Anyone here getting high pings on local gateway of ptcl. Mine is exceding 100 ms to my local ptcl gateway. The weird thing is it stabalizes during night.

Just got ptcl MSAG upgraded and ping is wow now.

I see people gettinv less than 30ms ping on ptcl. I on the other hand am getting 100+ ping while playing with locals on COD. Dont know what to do.

My line stats r fine and even smart tv is working fine but in device info it showing no default gateway.

Is this issue from exchange?

Exchange: Model colony Karachi

Update: after restart even smart tv not working n dsl light is stable but net light is off.

Csr configured net setting again n also reset password but it didnt worked. Is issue of backend exchange?
