There's no point of ranting here about pings. The only solution we have is to keep bugging their broadband noc team with our sweet sweet swears to get their shit together and optimize routing.

He used to help but not anymore. In my opinion he is the only person who can help us out cz he has knowledge of pings and stuff.
I bought killping to get 120-130ms ping and it worked but then PTCL Decided to messup the routing even more and now I dont even get 120-130ms ping on killping on my IP Pool which is 182.185.xx.xx.
I will probably ask for a refund from killping if it doesnt get fixed in a few days but talk about bad luck.
I am anxiously waiting for stormfiber to start digging in my Phase because thats the only hope thats left.

today i call on ptcl 1218 for upgrade my connection . they tell me 8 , 12 and 16mb connection not more from 1st april , then i change my 8mb connection to 10mb on 2500 rupees per month ADSL Plus 2
well i was getting bad pings in dxb servers in cs go from 1 month but now still having 39 ip pool and pings to indian and dxb went back to normal like 70 on indian and 35 to 40 on dxb from 2 weeks. but facing very slow browsing and networking in day time from 2 months.
Checked pings here at the office. Ufone 25mb Package.

I just talked to the PTCL Live Chat agent and he said that for 4mbps the FUP of 300 Gb per month has been discontinued and that I dont need to worry about the usage anymore. Is that correct? Furhermore I cant seem to find any FUP policy line within the PTCL website for 4mbps package. Does anyone have any information?
Yes, no FUP on 4Mbps and above connections. Surf without limits

I have the same question and its sometimes hard to trust Live Chat agents. Can anyone confirm if he got more than 300GB usage on the bill (for 4mbps connection) and no extra charges??
Yes there is no more FUP on any dsl package except starter packages i.e 2mbps (20gb) 4mb (40gb).
