So default gateway disappears from modem page all of a sudden and my internet is down for sometime. Any solution? What should be the default gateaway? Can i insert it manually?

Is ptcl down for anyone else too? Modem is synced properly, stable adsl and internet lights, username and password are set. Still unable to access the internet. Default gateway is missing. Anyone facing same issue?

Hi guys,

I got my ptcl upgraded to 50Mbps VDSL today. Ports and line parameters seems fine? (see below), but the thing is I am not getting 50Mbps Download on any SpeedTest or on direct download from IDM or torrents. My download speed caps out from 2-2.5MBPS(Megabytes) on IDM or torrents. My upload on speedtest is fine though ~12-13Mbps.
Here are my stats:

Why am I getting capped download @ 2.5MBPS max. Any suggestions? If anyone experienced same issue and got it resolved, help :popcorn2:

U were on 20mbps? Bef9re upgrade to 50mb?

Sorry man. I don't see anything happening at the back-end in the near future that will make a difference to gaming. Like I said your best bet is to get in touch with MMBB NOC (Multimedia & Broadband NOC), because customer support or exchange guys will never be able to even understand this.
