No fix, Valve's at fault. Their packet proxies are not yet up on the link from which PTCL and Valve initially set up peering between themselves. They said it can take a few more weeks to set up ... :|
So, although Valve's Amsterdamn link is up but they haven't yet set up packet proxies on it.
My frnds are getting 200 pings whereas im getting 300 on same server
Its been almost 3 month no fix yet. Btw im talking abt BF4.

Yep still not fixed yet. I do get 190 ping through the use of battleping though. Good investment for 500 rs.
Ptcl 4Mbps downstream Rate Problem

I have ptcl 4mbps dsl but i am receving only 3.4mb at speed test and my downstream rate in modem is 4096 but before 1 month ago i was at 4608 when i was getting speed around 3.90 at speed test what should i do ??? Should i go to exhcnage for upgrade my port ?? Need your suggestions guyz

No need to think about that ;..; but it'll reduce pings at the expense of error correction and because no error correction, it'll get you closer to 4mbps speed.What is that

i have a friend he is using 1mbps and getting 30 snr and my snr 36 on 4mbps and it jumpes to 45 when our area light is off
Better SNR does not necessarily need you to have 'apna banda', its more related to your port connected to the DP or/and state of the equipment. lower number of connections per loop means better connections for the fewer connected. and same is the reason why it jumps to 45. u should really hope no new connections are installed via ur respective poleawsome line stats because lineman Apna Banda H
