Guys I can't access my 4GB Flash drive (FAT32 formatted) connected to my ZTE ZXHN H168n v2.2 vdsl modem. It shows in the modem's page but I can't access it on my PC via \\192.168.10.1 link either from explorer or from run command. I am using Win 10 enterprise.

PPP2.1 is active. There is no option to change it from PPPoE to Bridge, if I choose Edit. And if I remove it and then add, there is no option of ppp2.1 interface. Please guide if I am missing something?

Lol you're not supposed to add another ppp2.1

Just get your VLAN ID, PPPoE username and password and create a bridge (br) profile, add the details and then connect to your router.

Linemen don't have the authority to change ports. Better that you go through PTCL Cares, they seem to be in a authority position. I had experienced a similar issue a while back. I first launched a complaint via 1218. It wasn't resolved within 48 hours, so I went to PTCL Cares. Voila! 15 minutes after my message to them, the port started working as before!

What does "port changing" mean exactly?

The lineman fixed it.
If your phone line has interference, aka, noise.

Tell it to them and they'll fix it.
After that your line will be stable and internet as well.

I'm getting the usual rates as anyone else.
But the fact its 9.56Mbps bothers me.
Want it above 12000 downstream or more to meet the actual 10mb :laugh1:

I think you should complain to the PTCL Helpline regarding his laziness about fixing your phone line.
Hes not just denying you internet but also telephone usage...

So i’ve switched back to Ptcl 3 days ago and paid 21100 in dues. Still my connection is not restored.. i have started getting DSL light on but cant connect. Complaining since 3 days but they dont seem to give a flying bird[emoji1]

LOL u paid 21K of dues... U would have just got a connection under someone else name dude... Plus what package did you get? Is your line syncing or not? Can you share your stats page?
