Yes. When I uncheck ADSL 2 and 2+. I get connected to GDmt. When I uncheck that as well. I don't get connected at all and even the DSL/Internet light on the router is turned off.

I've been doing that all day. Dm'd the Twitter guy. Made complaints on 1318, 1236. I keep telling them I'm still getting ADSL parameters on my line. They keep on forwarding it as 'high priority' but nothing happens.
How do I convince the exchange that it's their fault? They are convinced that they can't do anything and everything is okay from their end.

Your issue will be resolve by exchnage side beczuse from backend you are on vdsl ..
If u want to confirm that from backend your package is on adsl or vdsl so u can inbox me your landline number..

The only difference between mine and urs settings is that u dont have the profiles selected in the 2nd picture, Where it says "select the profile below" , In my case all have been selected except the last one in that option, try enabling them and apply and then restart the router.
Ironically they hadn't configured the router correctly. I did a factory reset and configured it today. All is working fine now finally.
