How you assure that this stock version band suit to our local networks . you need to flashed multiple kdz rom and sticked with stable one where u get the good signal reception.

Optimus G Pro (F240x) supports 850,900, 1800 & 1900 bands for all 2G networks which means its compatible with Pakistan's GSM network. But thats a separate discussion. If you want to point out a specific thing, please feel free to state, briefly, if possible

A small piece of detail i missed earlier. The Warid SIM is currently running on it, and its always in "roaming mode".

What would you advise in this situation?

Really, but according to my information Korean fones cannot come with 900 and 1900 bands.
Korean only support to 850 and 1800 bands which according to Korean operators that's y called Korean version for Korean market. xxxk and xxxS they supports 4G band 1800 and 850 but major difference in xxxL crap in performance only 850 and does support to 4G.

Technical people can get the synthesis baseband from Chinese developers site as they prepared according to China unicom gsm network which perfectly suitable to our network too... Perfect from all aspects battery, wifi and waves etc...
If you are not comfortable with kdz so why you cannot try modified band from Chinese one.

Get Didiao 7.5 rom from bss.gfan.com. it's most stable rom you can get for f180.

Guys i have not been able to get 3g running on my F180L despite being in the 3g zone all day. I get the G sign only. I am running CM11 on F180L and the baseband has not been modified in any way. Can someone help me diagnose the problem. Can it be a sim or a ROM problem as i have seen people use HSPA on F180L here in forums. Please let me know how can i debug it. Or i an just pop some other sim in the phone and check if it is related to my sim card? Any help would be appreciated.

Flashed sphinx v1.5 you can get from lgviet.Com they built on latest V20E. But before to do you need to flashed latest Korean kdz through LG official tool otherwise you will not fixed or get maximum performance.

Isn't the latest 4.4.2 Kit Kat available by LG for F240 is V20C ? I just downloaded v20C yesterday and there was no sign of v20E :S

I'll definitely try the Sphinx v1.5 and update you here. Thanks for directing me towards a source

I download and installed Sphinx 1.3 for F240s and its the best clean rom for 4.4.

There is increase in performance and battery timing. Some features are owsome like guest mode and remapping the memo key.

Some screenshots !!

For guest mode i set seperate pattern and selected apps

1. Root your phone
2. Install CWM recovery
3. Download sphinX 1.3 from here
4. Download patch (f240s) from here
5. Copy both files to internal SD
6. Reboot via cwm
7. Three wipes
8. Install rom then install patch
9. Restart (If any option pop ups select yes)

Note 3 was the first to get KitKat. Its awesome on the N9005. The UI is ugly as f**k but the performance is unbelievably good.

Dude even Vega 880 can't compete with Note 3.

Do you have UFONE? If so, call 333 and tell them to enable your 3G! I had the same problem, then I inserted a friends telenor sim and viola... HSPDA! (F180L USER)

Bro Vega secret note aka Vega 890 is competitor of note 3. 3 gb ram, stylus and snapdragon 800. And who has ever used vegas would know that they are far better than samsung. But do not get the L variant as it does not support 4g band in Pakistan

I have been searching over the net to find a solution to enable edge n 3g on my LG Optimus G ( f180 converted to CM 11 Snapshot M6 (E975 ) ) ..
Everything is working fine WIFI + NETWORK SIGNALS +bluetooth and IMEI is also there , i tried flashing europian basebands and the korean ones too but i am still unable to get 3G or Edge enabled (only Gprs is working fine ) .

Anyone plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me ..

well gpro2 so far i saw with the korean mobiles in sing plaza the old fart was selling it 50-52k --says battery and full packaging and accesories will arrive like in 10 days time .
it was a lg g pro 2 alei was wriiten at back so i am considering its korean company package phones

no idea about specs coz it had no battery ---i think i will go back there tommorow to see if he can give the phone and i can get a replacement battery from some where for it -

is it worth over note 3 the g pro 2

but i am looking g-pro 2 he had that witout battery --says wait a week or so package was for rs. 50,000 / 52000 with 2 battery hands free n charger and packaging

G pro 2 hands down much better as compared to note 3 in all departments.
