So my package expired wihtin 6,7 days (about 10Gb used only), i guess package was not activated.
Now i have loaded balance again, trying to activate package, but it says you will receive confirmation soon, which i never get.
What should i do?

Important information for zong customers:
-If your package is expired beofore the month duration (due to bandwidth limit), you can un-subscribe and then sunscribe it to start a new paakage (Wihout having to wait for the month).
-You need a Master number from Zong to be able manage pakcage yourself.
-Pakcage will be renewed at the time of expiry data if you have enough balance in the sim. (also mentioned on the website)

I tried to activate it myself, but it wont, then internet started working fine, i thought package is activated.
We have disabled traderscore and are working on a fix. There was a bug with the plugin | Click for Discord
