PTCL also does this. Mobilink sometimes tells you to call them back because supposedly, they called but you don't pick up the phone...especially with a complaint related to signals. Something tells me these guys assume you're in the problematic area, won't get signals, won't get the call, so proceed to step 271.

And there have been instances where they've closed my complaint (the ping issue), and I tell them to reopen it. I've reached the stage where I can't be bothered now.

Yes, they have dedicated towers for our place, jazz & telenor both do, but telenor doesn't seem to care when it is shutdown, only jazz responds swiftly,

I am currently replying using jazz,

And there has been heavy rains since 2 days, and network is down since then, we are lucky that we have dual SIM phones and networks, Lol

Could it be a more widespread rollout has begin, or could I have been receiving signals from Rawat?

I'm back at home, and there's no CA for Zong.

Can people in other parts of the twin cities check if they get carrier aggregation on their phones?

Jazz with their BS VoLTE 'testing' press release that happened 2 years ago. Zero updates about that.

Telenor reminding us every now and then that they are the only ones to have VoLTE, but nobody has actually used it, and there is no mention of it on their website.

Zong constantly boasting about stuff like massive MIMO and CA but not telling anyone where and when it will be available.

Thankfully Ufone people are aware of their own aukaat and won't advertise anything fancy cause everyone knows they can't do it anyway.
