That I think will be pushing it. Average should be around 18-22 Mbps.

But its still the cheapest you can get. Plus they do have add ons and speed boost options for reasonable prices. The only thing stopping me is the ACTIVATION charges Rs.4999 :S

I think you are from Karachi?? And Witribe LTE A services are currently at Lahore only I suppose.

It's actually around 3800 for 250GB after taxes. The speed may not be upto the standards of LTE-A, however, they're still pretty decent considering the alternatives that are available in the similar price range.

They shouldn't have used the word LTE-A when you can't even provide LTE-A graded speeds on enough spectrum. Its just normal lte.

By the way how is ur PTCL treating u? Mine is dead since 4 days now and I will get Cable net tomorrow. Hopefully I will not get disappointed.

So here comes big news. After a painfully unpredictable 4G experience of one month, I woke up today with 15 MHz Jazz 4G in my area. Yes! Finally Jazz upgraded its 4G network to 15 MHz and I am getting around 50 Mbps download speed and 30 Mbps upload speed which is awesome for me.

They are still saying they will upgrade whole network within this year. Don't know what issue they faced but it took so long to them to upgrade Faisalabad after Lahore and Multan. But thankfully they started again. Once they start to upgrade it took only 10-15 days to fully upgrade cities like Lahore and Faisalabad. Hopefully they will upgrade both Rawalpindi and Islamabad within 10-12 days once started. There are still 2 and half months in current year. Have some patience.
