You can easily get this fron ur local market. Just ask for PTCL Charji antenna. Remember that the connector for charji device wont fit in Zong MBB device so take ur MBB with u and find one that fits in.

All the 4G wifi devices are same .. I have got the same which you have it.So the connectors will be same .. Mind if you share the connector pic .. i want it too

Dude, you can go for Warid or Zong's 4G mifi. Both are unlockable. But you'll have to pay to get the unlock code for these devices. There's no free method as of yet. The rest it's your choice as to which one's preferred by you. Both devices have a port for an external antenna. I would've recommended the PTCL CHARJI Device but it's latest firmware has made unlocking next to impossible. I'm myself using the Zong's mifi device and it's pretty good, also, there's a custom firmware available for it.
True! Also battery life wise the zong device lasts longer! Even on 4G, it's better than the ec5377.
