I have tried zong3g in 2-3 place in rawalpindi and it has hardly reached 2Mbps.....Zong is very bad in Pindi ! Especially in Sadar and surrounding areas upto Chaklala Cantt.

I am using Zong and It blows all in speed ... which APN setting are you using ...

How did you come to know of that?

Network info app was giving me that option ... when I was using Mobilink in Isb/Rwp

bro I think HSPA and HSPA+ are improvements over UMTS, so basically the network info app will show UMTS regardless. Even Ufone shows UMTS. But they are all HSPA+ I think. It was mentioned somewhere that UMTS would give max speed of 2Mbps, all operators have at some point given more than this limit.

Wow thats amazing.. ZongSuper3G I have just settled with Telenor & ZONG .. They are best.. Mobilink was not good for me at all.. !!

I am just shocked to see that Mobilink is using UTMS whereas Telenor and ZONG is using HSDPA and HSPA+ technology

telenor downloading speed is awsome but browsing is slow.
i am using mobilink as my primary internet connection becuase of their fast browsing speed.

Gud you post But actually our area not launched 4G ....And i go to lahore Yesterday Checked Warid And Zong and telenor All working okay ....I recent Work On PTCL PT530 cloud ......

Can anybody please tell me how are people getting so good speed on zong 4g. In the start of there 4g service they were pretty good, around 15mbps. But now I can't seem to get more than 1mbps anywhere in Lahore. Switched to warid and now getting consistent 7-8 maps everywhere in Lahore.

Hmm UMTS is 1st gen technology ... HSDPA and HSPA+ is new technology .. anyways ... just switched to Telenor and Zong 4G ..

I have just switched from Mobilink to Telenor 3G and Zong 4G .. I didnt get good speeds with Mobilink anytime ... I didnt experience any slow browsing with Telenor 3G and Zong 4G is awesome as always ...

Ok so I just got a new Huawei 4g cloud b device and unlocked it with help from both [MENTION=34855]ashahzadpk[/MENTION] and [MENTION=61502]kusakhan[/MENTION]! Really thankful to them both for their quick help!
Using Telenor 3g on it and getting speeds of up to 10 Mbps! Really satisfied. I'll just ditch my pathetic Wingle for good, now!
