On what basis ?Two teams will be selected from each group in the first ,on the basis of point .I don' think pakistan will have difficulty in beating Zimbabwe and
Ireland.I hope Match b/w West Indies and Pakistan will be an interesting one .

Why rana naveed??????????? I mean you look at his performance in the past few matches and you start to wonder why the heck would anyone choose him for the world cup, i mean when azhar mehmood did something like this the last time in 2005 august he was kicked so bad that he just returned in feb bak to international cricket! I think azhar mehmood shud be in and naveed out!

well rana naved is a good one day player he can bat and is a decent fielder and a good one day bowler in sub continent conditions.
The bad selection is Rao Anjum pakistan should have gone with Abdur Rehman/Sami/Yasir Hammeed instead of this guy.

R u kidding me??? Akhtar and asif is the most feared combo in cricket! The only problem with akhtar is he is injured most of the time!

Rana Naveed ??? WTF ??? Now i am certain this guy has some sort of Tagri Sifarish behind him. I mean look at his current record... he bowled 15 over in 4 matches, gave away 152 runs, and took only 2 wickets(which were in the 2nd match only i think).

The thing with Sami is, that if he even give score he usually takes some wickets too... Sami would've been a better choice in the squad.
