As long as it's perfect condition in hardware without any issues, it looks like a great deal since monitor is still under protective wraps.
I'm not a huge fan of used products but the condition seen on in those pictures speaks for itself so as long as it's good condition and not faulty you should be good to go oh and you get NVIDIA 3D Kit as well for good price :)

i play video games on MAX to MEDIUM 1080p settings, depends on smoothness of game.
And also i do Video Editing and Long video Rendering, videos have 1 hour+ run time.

So, I DO NOT OVERCLOCK and i was thinking of buying Intel CPU i7-3770 + Compatible MotherBoard + 16gb RAM + 500watt power supply + other things i already own from HDD to CASING

Anyone got better suggestion for CPU + Motherboard? or is this fine? I will Next Upgrade (CPU+MotherBoard+RAM) my PC in year 2020.

Nothings wrong with the choice.
if your solely getting for the rendering.
get a 4770 instead, performs better on each core but its only a slight change.

If your getting it in a good price, might wanna consider that.

what you think about i5 6500 CPU? i read Skylake CPU wont work with Windows 7 64 bit anymore. I hate Windows 10.
Or might work in Future with i5 6500?

The only difference you'll find among the 2 are the price difference.

I'd suggest get a 4770. You'll get better multicore performance compared to the i5. (Useful for multimedia editors)
It will do you well for the next 5 years.
But if you want to save some money, then i guess i5 it is.

Also, i've no idea how an operating system can be incompatible with the CPU, IF its true then its more likely to do with the motherboard bios than the CPU itself.

Not sure about 4771 but the 4770 should be around 28-30k.

You can find Xeon processors, but no idea where.
Should be around 26-28k as well.

Was talking about the stocks if they are currently available.
if they're not in stock now, thats likely been replaced by the 6th gen or the old 4790s.

But i'd say get a used one and you can grab one around 25k or lower, save some money since they're unlikely to be faulty 90% of the time.

i7 6700 (non k) is for ~34k (Galaxy)
new 4790 is for 33k.

this is why i suggested a used 4th gen mobo and pro, you can use your older rams, PSU, HDD on it.
Check PG market section for the prices if they suit you.

Things arent overpriced at the moment, they use taxes as an excuse i believe. XD
