im sorry guys but this is most definitely NOT going to be localized. Namco has officially shifted most of their development to Japanese only after lackluster western results.

Well the article also says:

"Namco Bandai, which gets more than 70 percent of its revenue in Japan, wants to increase overseas sales to half of its total in the year ending March 31, 2016.

There might still be an English version.
