Item: Swissbit 4GB DDR3L - Laptop Rams - (switchable between 1333Mhz and 1600Mhz) - DDR3L means it uses less volts so are better for use in laptops (they save a little bit of battery)

I don't know what they mean but it says this on spec sheets :
