Stuck between two laptops - which to buy?

The two laptops are:

Dell Inspiron 15.6" Laptop 4GB Memory 320GB Hard Drive I15RV-477BLK - Best Buy

The Dell laptop is a 50 dollars cheaper, but it's a mere celeron processor.

I dont have much heavy use, not a gamer at all, will probably be using it to watch HD movies, word processing and browsing. What do you guys think? I'm leaning towards the Lenovo because its only 50 dollars more, but I havent heard much about the company and dont know how reliable it is.

Theres also this Samsung laptop I saw:

A bit more expensive, but its Samsung..

Lol I'm confused, help me out guys; I'm just looking for a decent laptop around 300-350 bucks

Lenovo for sure anything I know is that Lenovo laptops are quite reliable I have a i5 lenovo using it for 2.5 years and no problem up-till now and specs wise it's a pretty decent laptop.
