hi all... is this game available for our region in steam... currently on steam sale but not appearing to buy when i clicked on it... anyway i get it as a gift...i wanna ask if someone is playing or had played this game form our region? or we simply can't play it online?

Sf x tekken is not available in the Pakistan region. Neither are the SSF IV and SF IV. Some other Capcom games as well.

If you get it as a gift you can play it. You just can't buy it from here.

Nope, does not work. You need a US credit card and IP if you want to be able to buy from the US region. That /?cc=us thingy can only be used to view a store, you can't buy a game as it will give error that you are not in the region which you're trying to buy from.

Its better to just trade for one or get someone to gift you.

Did you use VPN? Because otherwise its not possible.

Not to mention steam isn't that stupid to allow just anyone to buy games with just some added thing at the end of URL. If this were true everyone would be buying games using the Russian store where you can get the games way way cheaper than any other store.
