ALL the characters in SF3 are not exclusively charge dependent.. ALEX has both charge and SRK motions.. same goes for others..

Street Fighter III 3rd strike is one of the most famous game on ggpo and supercade. I am using ggpo and supercade from last few years but we don't have players in sf3 3rd strike except 2 or 3 from Karachi,

Thats why i play super street fgihter 2 turbo with European countries on ggpo and supercade bec it lag less than street fighter III 3rd strike

Guys, GGPO support on PC for Third Strike will be stopped after this game comes out. Tony Cannon does not want to compete with Capcom so when TSO releases he will drop Third Strike from GGPO.
