So I just got stormfiber and it's been a little over an hour and I can honestly say I feel as if I am still on PTCL, the connection is disconnecting continously, I can't download an update for black ops 3, no apps can be downloaded on any android device and my soundcloud isn't loading properly. Extremely disappointed that I had to wait nearly a month for this connection while having no wifi at home but now that I got it I'd rather get back PTCL since they didn't charge me 15,000 for installation and 3 months payment.
Anyone have any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Well there is no point of cribbing on the forum so soon. You just got the connection, you should have let the installation staff satisfy you with speedtests and downloads etc. We can't tell what the problem is, just call their support center, they are very helpful as per my experience.

u got the connection for 15000 with wifi router? in lahore? what was the price without wifi router. thats kinda expensive

As AchtungPakhtoon said, there's no point in moaning about it here. This is a discussion forum, not customer support. If you noticed this is within an hour of the connection being installed, why didn't you call them right then and ask them to check it out instead of taking the time to post here.
Fiber works differently than DSL, you can't 'resolve' the issue yourself by twiddling the phone lines or bribing the lineman. All you can do is restart the ONT and keep your fingers crossed.

I live in Karachi and I got a bundle offer for the 20mbps package for which the OTC was 14,700

I ask because I too was thinking of getting stormfiber and I am curious about their service.

So far, an issue like this hasn't happened with anyone else who's using StormFiber.

It has, when I was trying to look for a solution after calling their office to find out it was closed, I came across a thread from April 22 where there was another person using StormFiber in Phase 6 who had the same issues.

May I ask which area in karachi are you located ?

I ask because I too was thinking of getting stormfiber and I am curious about their service.
Mohommad Ali Society, it works much better in the Defence/Clifton areas I guess since I've never heard people who use it there have a complain ever.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
