So this is the first time my connection went down in 6 months. They said there's something wrong with my fiber cable and they will try their best to solve it. Today is Sunday so I don't know if they will come over so that's pretty annoying.

EDIT: So just after 8 hours they sent guys over to fix the issue on SUNDAY. Really impressed with their support and am a happy customer [emoji14]

StormFiber came to Wapda Town, Lahore but the retard society management didn't give them permission. Im so pissed at these retards. Now im stuck with PTCL and their inconsistent bs service. I just can't play Rainbow 6 because of pathetic PTCL. Can you ping this IP: 13.67.60.249 and post the result here. Thank you.

Thanks God, Architect Society has given approval finally. Bro we are under the same boat of PTCL. I was using 50 MB VDSL from 10 months. Then all of a sudden my pings messed up for Rainbow six siege. I used to get 130MS on SEAS and 230MS on EU on 39.37 pool or sometimes on 119.xx pool. About 1 month they were unable to handle my complaint as pings were like 300MS on SEAS and on EU. Then I asked PTCL to downgrade my package to 20MB VDSL finally as i don't want to pay them high. Meanwhile I got confirmation from Storm fibre as well that they will be installing their connections soon in my area. BUt I kept complaining to pTCL and kept pressing 2 button. Surprisingly from yesterday on PTCL my pings are back to normal on R6 SIege. Getting 130 MS on SEAS now. Ip Pool is 39.37.xxx.xx

Yes, pings on IP pool 39.37.xx.xx are back to normal, thank God. I also made alot of complaints to PTCL but it was like talking to a wall. At one point the 1218 support person told me that pings ranging between 300-500ms are normal. I was like "Is this a dial-up connection?" Because back in Saudi Arabia i used to get 50-80ms to EU and 140ms to US and its annoying playing on high pings for me. You are very lucky that you are getting StormFiber. Its the best service in Pakistan. Even Fiberlink has down time but StormFiber is on another level.

As far as i know due to their routing to PIE, storm fibre is more optimized to SEAS. is there a way where we can get low PINGS to EU servers as well besides SEAS???

Getting constand 130-140ms to Europe in Lahore. Sometimes 120ms too in game. These are the best you can get in Pakistan.

WHich game brother ?? EU servers on Rainbow 6 siege are different as they are Microsoft Azure servers. Similarly, EU servers for Battlefield or Fortnite are different as they are Amazon servers.
So you need to tell PINGS related to Specific games.

In fact people here should tell their pings related to the respective games!!!

Anybody else having issues with ping lately? For Battlefield 1, it used to be 140-170 ms for European servers, but today it is refusing to come down from over 350 ms. Even when connecting locally to Lahore or Islamabad servers, its over 280 ms. I called the helpline and all they do is try to sell my static IP; they don't know anything.

Anybody know what to do?
