Can someone please help me out? My regular download speed via Download Manager is 10 Mbps but via torrent is not exceeding ~1.5-2 Mbps. (I've made sure it's not a seeds issue)

You are getting the perfect speed. 1MBps in Torrent is the same as 10 Mbps on speedtest. One is megabytes while other is megabits. Look it up.

In other words, it's stuck at 100-200 kBps as opposed to what it should be, around 1200 kBps

I downloaded a file using Internet Download Manager and it was as expected, 1200 kBps. It's something to do with my torrent software (BitComet), I think.

I get 140 to 170ms to Europe sometimes it fluctuates real bad. Who knows?

The pings get really messy between 10pm to 11-12 midnight every day and it is getting on my nerves. 200ms to ME while 500ms to EU right now. Browsing also seems affected.

in other news... Storm Fiber has stealthy arrived in Peshawar. covered areas are cantonment and some parts of university town atm but are steadily extending their network to all major areas of the city. they plan to do a proper launch in a few weeks. finally someone to question the monopoly of PTCL and their shit services.
