Hi, the browsing is super slow from the last few days. Facebook, reddit, imgur, etc.. are unuseable. Youtube works fine from time and time. I've spoken to the technical team and they've said that issues should be resolved by tomorrow. I've been happy with stormfiber overall. As a heavy user since 3 months, the internet speed has remain constant 24/7. I've experienced super slow speed for the second time, since my tenure with stormfiber. One was the 10 day outbreak when the cable was cut in the sea two months ago and now this. Every company faces issues, so i am relaxed about it. But I do think they should compensate their customers due to these outbreaks/loss of service. I'd give stormfiber a solid 9/10. I am thinking about getting the HD box, so will appreciate reviews regarding it. How is the HD channels quality and how many HD channels are included? Pictures and video will be appreciated

I'm not a Stormfiber fan but this is just wrong and misinformation. The upstream maintenance is being carried out by TW so they are affected as much as everyone else which includes SF, FB etc

bro due to maintenance its pathetic atm but even before it started showing some signs of degradation believe they have oversell and expansion is far beyond their back up in last six months there were various up stream maintenance but none of them affected storm fiber like this one did and the only reason is high number of users plus their system is highly dependent on advance cache techniques you move away from youtube streaming to some other low scale streaming site you ll see difference the max i get at those site is 4mb even browsing on most sites is limited

hd box service is good but wait there are 15 new channels that are being added which are expected to be indian and osn. order their hd box when they are added.

I have ordered the HD Box. Its installed but I am not able to watch any channel at all. Its been 2 days since I have lodged the complaint regarding it. I'm going to their office tomorrow. I can't sit and wait for their tech team to magically solve the problem. Everything is working fine, the internet, but the TV isn't working.

I am trying to bring everything from ONT to my newly bought better wireless router. I know how to make hg8247h into bridge mode but my tries going no where to connect using pppoe in the router to direct connect and authenticate. Someone help here? My router is asus rt ac66u b1.

I ordered my stormfiber connection on 15th Nov and got it installed today 21st Nov. The package i selected was Triple Typhoon Promo which has 10mbps internet+TV+Phone. I have bought HD Box as well for 3,300.
So in Total that includes.... Installation + HD Box + First 3 months free.... was 14,500/-
So far everything works perfectly. HD quality of TV is great. Youtube plays at 1440p smoothly and 60 fps at 1080p60 smoothly.

Speedtest.com result is
Ping: 4ms Down: 9.95 Up: 9.96
