Well i am very satisfied with their service in GT, Lahore. I don't get to game at all nowadays, but streaming and downloads are great for me and I've had this for more than a year and i have 3 connections. 2 for home and 1 for the office.

It was always like that to Singapore. 40ms to Middle East and 130ms to Europe.

I am experiencing extremely slow speed from a week or so. Is anyone else in Lahore having these issues?

Well came back to find out my connection wasnt workinf/showing a big red light modem. Called them but no one pickup up so made a ticket and it got escalated to Field of Operations team. Really home this doesnt take long... still havent gotten my response.

So i have brainnet right now. i'm very happy with them BUT im kinda sick of the 50GB limit. i could opt for the other package which is 4200 but comes with 200GB limist from 8am to 8pm. I've had them for almost a year and i've gotten maybe 20-30mins down time in this entire time, which is great.
My neighbor got stormfiber and said it was real bad so i decided not to get it. but now another guy in the lane got it and i'm reconsidering to shift from brain to stormfiber. I saw on their website today that their HD box has launched in lahore now so thats good.
I'm using worldcall HD box atm and i'm very happy with it.
What should I do? can you guys tell me how much downtime u guys experience on a daily or monthly basis?

2 months with 0 downtime. Speeds are great. My neighbour has it and has no problem too. Haven't opt for their HD box but I saw a video of it and the quality is superb.

so the 20 or 30mbps connection actually performs on that level or maybe upto 80% of it? or lower? I mostly stream stuff or download/torrent/netflix.
I have a trading platform also that I use and idk why it connects and disconnects every 30m on brainnet which bothers me a lot cause usually i kid u not at every important 30m the damn price goes up or down and i can barely ever make my trade on time.
My only worry is that after a year or two maybe stormfiber also goes down but brainnet as always been consistent (time has been kind to them, good customer service also). I have a friend in modeltown A block who has had it for over a decade now and he says hes never had issues with their internet and I over the past year would agree to his statement.
So you guys are saying that internet is consistent with the package you pay for and pings also decent? (dont really game online but considering getting a playstation soon, i'm a xbox guy only due to the remote shape i just play FIFA and COD but since all my buddies now have PS i gotta go for that)

Yes. You get 28-32mbps download/upload on a 30mb package, same as 20mb. Heard they are soon introducing 50/100mbps packages too (probably a year). Pings are great. You get the minimum ping you can get to Europe (130ms) and 40ms to Middle east (FIFA will mostly connect you to ME so ping wont be an issue).
