Fiberlink also gets their bandwidth from the transworld,nayatel also gets their bandwidth from the transworlds. Transworld is the owner of tw1 and they know how to fix the pings and stuff. Pings in fiberlink and nayatel are stable and better than stormfiber. I had emailed their representative about the coverage and pings. He has told me that they can easily fix the pings issue under an hour and they consists of some gaming support or something like that.

So I got into contact with a Storm rep today and I asked him about the latency to middleeast and I provided this IP address (185.179.202.65) but it turns out this IP is located in Netherlands. Can anyone provide me with the IP address for BF1 servers in middle east? Thank you.

A google search showed it as Netherlands too. Am I doing something wrong? Should I tell him that other people on Storm/Nayatel/Transworld are getting 40ms while I am getting 170ms on this IP? Sorry I dont have good understanding about all this.

It is owned by a company based in Netherlands ie i3d.net but the location in Dubai. And yeah you have to tell them that. The person with Nayatel whose ping recently got fixed was told it is in Netherlands too so this is very common incompetence. Tell them to go take a networking 101 and that a Pakistani based IP can be located anywhere in the world. Give Google.com as an example. We get 80 ping to that I think and it's supposed to be in American. Work that one out.
Talked to them for 20 minutes and they told me they would discuss this with the team. Told them to fix this under 15 days or I will cancel my connection and go for Fiberlink.
I told them that every ISP on Transworld rn is getting 40ms to 185.179.202.213 but he continued to argue about it being in Netherlands and you cant get better ping, even though my friend was getting 40ms in Lahore a few months ago on Storm. Told him to fix this issue ASAP so lets see.

Awesome that you have threatened them. How did you call them? Signals are down and my storm phones limit has been crossed so its not working.. I think that email doesnt work now i have to call them to increase the pressure on them.
Speed isnt going above 1mbps download but upload is fine. Storm is slowly starting to become a headache. Jab support ko call karta hon to magically theek ho jati hai

UPDATE: Called their support and they changed some parameters on the ONT and speeds are back to normal. No ping spikes and packet loss too. :happy:

To whoever is facing slow download speeds and choking in browsing, please log in your ONT and change your DNS to the following:
Primary: 202.163.118.203
Secondary: 8.8.8.8
Thats what the rep at Storm told me and my speed hasnt choked since.

Yeah the ping fluctuated last night. Went from 30 to 150 to 90 to 170 to 40 back again. Its normal now [emoji14]
